McKesson Horizon Patient Folder 13.x poor performance on Windows 7

Windows 7 introduced autotuning of tcp frame size which is a great feature but not so great for version 13 (and presumably lower versions) of McKesson Horizon Patient Folder. This results in the application running at a snails pace taking several minutes to get to just the log in prompt.

To resolve this particular issue, disable autotuning with the following command:

netsh interface tcp set global autotuning=disabled
